The service
Massiko is a cloud service for independent massage therapists: online booking, schedule, client records, session packages, health intake forms, body maps, supplies and income tracking. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need a valid email address to register and you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for your own professional practice.
Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial that starts with the first sign-in. No payment card is required. The trial never turns into a paid subscription automatically: when it ends, your data stays in place and you choose a plan to keep working.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in US dollars: $14.90 every month, $39.90 every 3 months, or $119.90 every 12 months. All plans include the same features. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all orders: it collects payment, issues invoices and handles tax, and its terms apply to the payment itself.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Billing section of your workspace; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake or the service did not work for you, write to us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it. Refunds are returned through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
Your content and your clients’ information
The information you enter remains yours. You grant us the right to store and process it only to provide the service. When you enter information about your clients — including health information — you confirm that you are allowed to do so and that you have obtained any consent required where you work. The health intake form and consent text in Massiko are templates: you are responsible for adapting them to your local rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to store information you have no right to hold, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
Not medical advice
Massiko is a record-keeping and scheduling tool. It does not provide medical advice, and contraindication flags are only reminders based on what clients report.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and we make regular backups, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and prices. We will tell you about meaningful changes by email or in the workspace in advance; a new price applies from your next billing period.
