Who we are
Massiko is an online service for independent massage therapists: online booking, schedule, client records, session packages, health intake forms, body maps and income tracking. This policy explains what information the service uses and why.
Information we process
Account information. Your email address, password (stored only as a hash), time zone, language, and the optional contact you leave at sign-up. We also keep basic technical records: sign-in times, email delivery status, and the page that referred you to us.
Workspace content. Everything you enter while using Massiko: services and prices, working hours, appointments, client names and contact details, notes, health intake answers and consent records, body map marks, wellbeing scores, visit photos, supplies and expenses. You decide what to store.
Client booking information. When a client books through your public page, we receive what they enter in the form: name, phone number, optional messenger handles, how they found you, and — if you enabled it — their health intake answers and consent.
Billing information. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We receive the subscription status, plan, renewal dates and the country and card brand reported by Lemon Squeezy. We never receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide the service: to show your schedule and client records, to send booking confirmations and reminders, to send account and billing emails, to keep the service secure and to answer support requests. We do not sell personal information and do not use your clients’ data for advertising.
Your clients’ information
For the information you store about your clients you are the controller and Massiko acts as your processor: we process it on your instructions to run your workspace. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to keep your clients’ information, including health information, and for answering their requests. We will help you fulfil such requests where the service is involved.
Service providers
We share information only with providers needed to run the service: our hosting provider (application and database servers), Resend (email delivery), Telegram (booking notifications and reminders, only for people who connect the Telegram bot) and Lemon Squeezy (payments, tax and invoicing as merchant of record). Each receives only what its task requires.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers located in Europe and may be processed in other countries by the providers listed above. We keep your workspace while your account exists. You can delete clients, appointments and photos yourself at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete the workspace and its content within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can access, correct and export or delete your information, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to us. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
Massiko uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or in the workspace before the change takes effect.
