Question 1

Does Massiko work for a massage therapist without a receptionist?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Massiko is built for therapists who work on their own. Clients book through your link, and you see your schedule, client records, packages and finances in one workspace.

Question 2

Do I need a separate website for online booking?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need a separate website. Send clients your online booking link or add it to your profile, messaging apps and social media.

Question 3

Can I offer session packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You sell a package from the client record, and Massiko counts “4 of 10 sessions” for you, deducts a session after each visit and records the package payment in finances once.

Question 4

How does Massiko help me remember contraindications?

Accepted Answer

When first booking online, the client fills out a health intake form and signs the consent. High-risk contraindications are highlighted in red in the appointment and on the client record, and “do not touch” zones show on the body map.

Question 5

How do notifications and reminders work?

Accepted Answer

Through Telegram: you get new booking notifications, and clients get confirmations and a reminder the day before their session. You can also send a promotional offer to all clients who connected the bot.
